Be Safe
Plan your work, think ahead and execute accordingly.
Look out for one another; there is no task so urgent that it becomes okay to endanger a person or put equipment or property at risk of loss.
Don’t take unnecessary risks; if something is in question or does not feel right, verify before proceeding.
It is okay to “hit the pause button” and fix something in question before proceeding.
Drive
We believe in working hard, finding efficient solutions and are motivated to get things done
Be open to suggestions and provide input; you are part of a team.
Continue to improve, learn through experience and stories, participate, and set goals.
Don’t be afraid of complexity; that’s what plans are for.
Be creative; we are open to developing and integrating new tools, technology or methods.
Quality
Be quality focused; lets do this right the first time.
Take pride in your work and think, “Would I sign my name to this?”
Review the prints; standards, policies and procedures they are provided for clarification.
It is okay to ask questions; understand the prints as they may contain discrepancies or changes that need to be made to proceed.
Be consistent; make this another project we can all be proud of.
Integrity
Act with candor; be honest and do the right thing even when it is hard.
Follow through with commitments, be accountable and responsible.
Don’t ask anyone to do what you are unwilling to do yourself.
Be trustworthy and reliable; your reputation and image are formed by your words, actions or inactions.
Lead by Example
Explain and demonstrate the right way to do things.
Pass on information and knowledge; this is not a hold your cards close to your chest game.
Be respectful and act professionally; you are being treated as a professional.
Give credit where it is due.
Innovative Solutions
Identify areas needing improvement.
Developing or integrating new tools, software or techniques.
Challenge yourself; be part of the solution.
